The program in action

Real dogs on the lessons, in crates, at feeding time, and at play. This is what “the dog is still itself” looks like.

Watch the dog, not the lesson number. The dog should continue acting normally — playing, retrieving, eating, moving — with the same energy as before the sound.

Stage 1

Music Only

Lesson 1 is music only. That is the point. The dog should already be relaxed — crate, kennel, or a quiet room — and stay itself: eating, playing, moving as usual. Do not skip it because it “seems quiet.”

Stage 2

Gunfire Begins to Mix In

Each lesson adds gunfire a little more. Watch demeanor, not just whether they run. If the dog continues eating, playing, retrieving, or behaving normally, stay here until they are clearly fine — then go forward.

Stage 3

More Gunfire, Same Positive Demeanor

More gunfire, same dog. The dog stays on each lesson until its demeanor remains normal. If they shut down, leave the room, or stop work, go back a lesson until they are themselves again.
